Last night in Swansea
It's the last day I'm in Swansea. I've accomplished quite a bit today. I took my plates, pots etc to the Salvation Army so as not to throw them out and they didn't want them (the nerve!) but said I could take it to the Animal Rescue League (weird I know) and luckily they took them. Then I came back to my room and started cleaning/throwing all the stuff out that had been in the kitchen (ie everything everyone left behind because they couldn't be asked to go through the pile of dirty dishes). I also walked through the park and took pictures because it's so pretty.
I also packed and booked places to stay for the first leg of Mom and my journey to Scotland.
I also packed and booked places to stay for the first leg of Mom and my journey to Scotland. I had a pretty hectic weekend. My aunt and cousin showed up here (rather spur of the moment) and we travelled up to Aberystwyth...
...and then on to Liverpool... long story. The short version is that we slept in our hire car in a parking lot because there were no hotels... cheap hotels that is... in Liverpool. I then took a very expensive train ride to visit Susannah and was delayed an hour because there was a dog on the track (still alive, we stopped before hitting it) but eventually got there. However, it rained the whole time I was in Devon so we couldn't go to the beach. But it was a nice relaxing time.

Mom's actually on the plane as I write this... or at least in an airport (maybe Halifax?). Early morning means I should probably get to bed.
And so ends my adventures in Swansea... but just in Swansea (for now). SCOTLAND, Here I Come!!!!!!!!!!!!
