Happy Saint David's Day!!!

That's right.... it's St. David's Day, the patron Saint of Wales. And TONS of people are wearing Welsh paraphernalia (I even saw a guy dressed up as a dragon). My Global Strategic Marketing lecturer was talking about how her whole family was wearing something red and did this big speech about cultural marketing. (I learned SOMETHING in that class).

I finally tried Welsh Cakes (see picture) They're kind of like scones but at the same time not. I think the ones I had weren't that good... they were store bought. I've heard that home made ones are far better... I might try to make some sometime.
