About time!
I'm having a meeting in the kitchen today with (hopefully) all my flatmates. I'm sick of the mess in there. We'll see how it goes. I also took out the garbage today... like I do almost every time it needs to be taken out. I'm going to turn into a clean freak. I'll update once the whole fiasco has taken place. I can see there being a bit of yelling... but hopefully not. If Pugs shows up there probably will be... he'd better come... he left couscous all over the CARPET IN THE HALL! gross!
Update: So the meeting went well. Everyone was there except Julia because she went home (like usual). And of course I did all the talking because no one else would (and I guess in all fairness I did call the meeting so I had to have something to say). I basically just asked them to keep the counters/floor/sink/stove clean... I mean is that too much to ask?! And I specifically asked Pugs to vacuum the couscous which is has done. I'm sure he complained to his mates about me and how I may have appeared to target him but I didn't. I tried to make an effort of keeping everyone involved in my speech... Prof Roy would have been OH so proud of my communication skills. And when I recently went in the kitchen, Steve was cooking, so I hope he doesn't leave a mess, although I know he will. Earlier, he was peeling potatoes with Izzy, Susannah and I in there and he was dropping the peelings on the floor... what slobs. I also made a comment about taking the garbage out. I really wish someone else had said something because it's kind of a pain to be the only one nagging, but whatever... everyone else was just too scared.
C'est la vie!
